Rising 3^rd Grade

Keep all reports in one theme or clear report folder.

Folders will be due the 1^st day of school.

I. Title

II. Author

III. Setting- Time and Place

IV. Main Characters : List two main characters, and

write one or two sentences about each.

V. Write two or three sentences about your favorite

part of the book.

VI. Draw a picture to go with the story. You may

illustrate using plain or lined paper.

VII. List and define 5 new or interesting words found in

your book.
