Drug Testing
The use or possession of illegal substances (drugs) at school or school sponsored activities is prohibited. Any student found using or possessing drugs shall be expelled from school.
Fort Dale Academy is a private school and students attending understand and agree that their property (automobile, locker, book bag, etc) Is subject to be searched at the discretion of Mr. Brantley, headmaster.
Students in grades 9-12 will be tested for drugs by hair sample. Specifics of the drug testing policy will be distributed to each student and parent, and will be available to each for review in the school office.
