Warmup:

Jumping Jacks - 20

Squat - 10

Dead bug - 10

Cossack squat - 5 each side

Bird dogs - 10

Tall kneeling hip hinge - 10

Bear crawl shoulder touch - 10

Cat/camel - 20

Workout:

-Pushup: 4x6-12

-Partner assisted towel row - 4x12

- Kettlebell (water jug) Turkish get up - 4x6 each side

-Dumbbell (water jug) RDL - 4x8 each side

-Prone Bridge with arm march 4x :10

-Side Bride with hip abduction 4x :10 each side

Conditioning:

Walk/Jog/Sprint - walk :20/jog :10/ sprint :05 repeat x 5
