The Art Show will be open for public viewing at 8:00 am Friday.
As a part of the on-going technology plan, FDA is upgrading our School Information System, including Accounting. Beginning this year, pre-resigtration will be called "re-enrollment" and will be handled through RenWeb, our new SIS system. Re-enrollment will be done online with payment being made by e-check only. Our office will not be ready to re-enroll students this month, therefore
re-enrollment has been set for April 6 thru 17. The fee is $110 per child. After April 17, the re-enrollment fee is $185.00 per child. You will receive an email from RenWeb before April 6 with information on how to set up an account and to re-enroll your children.
The 3rd Quarter AR Party will be March 11 at 9:20. Please contact Mrs. Ryan if you can bring food or drinks.

Samuel Sherling was recently named one of Alabama's two top youth volunteers of 2015 by the Prudential Spirit of Community Awards, which is a nationwide program that honors youth for outstanding acts of volunteerism. He won $1,000, an engraved silver medallion and an all-expense paid ticket to Wshington in May. Samuel will now be competing for the honor of one of ten of America's top youth volunteers of 2015. This honor will be named on May 4, 2015. Congratulations, Samuel!
Sign-ups for Varsity and JV Dance Teams are outside Mrs. Paula Little's room. Sign up by Friday, March 6th.
Echo will be having a clothing drive March 2-6. This is open for all grades. Any clothing or sizes are appreciated. Donations should be brought to the stage in the library. Thank You!
ECHO is having a blanket drive at the Fort Dale Football Field. Grades 9-12 please bring a blanket or jacket to donate. Sign up with your homeroom rep to volunteer to bring a dessert or side dish for service hours. Date will be annouced at a later time.
SGA is having a shoe drive through March 10th. Bring any shoes and label them with size and gender.
Career Day is March 13th.
The Beauty Pageant will be Saturday, March 14, at 7:00 p.m. at the Ritz. Junior High Girls need to be at the Ritz by 5:30 for pictures and Senior High girls need to be at the Ritz by 6:00 for pcitures. If not getting pictures, you will need to be there by 6:30.Tickets are $5 each.

Emiley Wells was chosen as a 2015 Pineer Electric Youth Tour Finalist and she will be attending the Alabama Youth Tour in March. Lindsey Gibson was selected as an alternate for Alabama Youth Tour.The following students were recognized and commended for their participation in the AISA Creative Writing contest: Jamie Pickens for grades 6-8 and Alex Moore for grades 9-12.
