Admission Process
Follow these steps to apply for admission to Fort Dale Academy.
- Schedule an initial visit and tour.
- Complete an application for admission if a spot is available. (If no spot is available, student may be placed on the waiting list.) Click here for application.
- Submit the following documentation: discipline report, attendance record, transcript (high school student), report card (elementary/middle school student) and any other academic documentation/information.
- Admissions Assessment/Placement test
- Interview
- Pay a one-time $125 family membership fee and an annual, non-refundable $185 enrollment fee.
All students must present a copy of their birth certificate, a copy of their Social Security card, and their current Alabama Immunization Record. A student entering Fort Dale Academy must be able to return to his/her former school. Grade placement is conditional on the student’s ability to perform satisfactory academic work at the assigned level.
A student must be six (6) years old before October 1st to enter First Grade. The same cutoff date applies to our Kindergarten program for three, four and five-year olds.
